Our last
Cooking with Swarn class
was a vegetarian one.
I loved it!
The menu consisted of a dal,
cabbage and peas
and roti.
To begin the class,
Swarn showed us a variety of lentils
and told us the difference between them.

I loved how it puffed up
when you cook it.
The cabbage and peas may have been simple
but oh so good.
