Chef Ethan - Carrot and Feta Biscuits

 Ethan mixes butter and flour.

 Add some feta.

 Handful of shredded carrots.

 And mix.

Marta helps him pour in some milk.

And Ethan forms it into a dough.

 Cookie cutters!

I love how he places each cut out neatly on his baking sheet.

Before they go in the oven,

and after they\re cooked.
Tada!
Carrot & feta biscuits.

Oh my gosh, these do look good. I wish you had given the measurments but the pictures are so good that I think I may try doing these anyway. Surely it can't be that hard if the little chef can do it so well. You are so lucky that he has such an interest in cooking and baking. It reminds me of my only son, Rich. He was lots better than any of my girls to help me. To this day, he bakes his own pumpkin pies and I know he could make bread if he wanted to. He made it quite often when he was growing up.

Marta does a fabulous job with cooking class. Everything is pre-measured so each child gets just what they need, so no clue how much of everything is used!
