Muffin Tin Meal

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

Have I mentioned how much I love these muffin tin meals?

This week we have chocolate cookies, star shaped cheese with crackers, star shaped apple pieces, petit fromage, apple juice and popcorn.

We opted for a fun lunch, as mommy heads back to work this week. :)

So many lunch meetings would have more success if lunch was always a fun lunch ;-)

What a fun idea, I may have to try it with my nephew who is very fussy, maybe this idea will get him eating.
